Any balanced combo of the following:
-Oatmeal (try it with applesauce and peanut butter mixed in AFTER you heat the oatmeal, seriously, it sounds so weird but I'm so glad I tried it!. Oh but if you still want it to be healthy make sure you use real peanut butter with no strange fillers and applesauce with no high fructose corn syrup)
-Stoneyfield Farms Yogurt
-Seasonal local fruit
-Eggs (fried or as an omelette with some veggies mixed in)
-Multigrain toast
-Smoothie made with ice cubes, frozen berries, yogurt, and orange juice
-Kashi Go Lean (I like it not for "Go Lean" reasons but just because it is a good high fiber / high protein cereal)

Organic porridge, made with equal amounts (by volume) of oats, milk and water!. Add a teeny dash of salt and bring to boil, stirring!. Once it starts to bubble, give it about a minute to cook then serve with a little brown sugar or honey to taste!. Mmmm!.!.
