Answers:
Well they say they have the best Calcium source, but make sure you shooed them good or put them in a food mixer and add them to your food, like a powder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You shouldnt eat egg shells, usually covered in chicken **** - salmonella (I think is the one) is rife in the chicken digestive system and almost definitely will be in the chicken ****!.

You should wash your hands after handling eggs, frankly - let alone eating them!.

I doubt you will suffer a great deal if you boil them, but I would have to question why the **** you are eating them!.!.!. seems like a daft thing to do, there is no benefit to eating them - given they are constructed from processed sand and earth (I believe) I'm not sure if the human body is built to handle it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If the egg is not boiled it is very dangerous because the bacteria settle at the bottom of the egg and if you eat that part you can get sick (Not sick like coughing runny nose you will not notice it and those bacteria eat at your immune system for years!. ) If they are boiled it is fine but still not a wise thing to do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no but could hurt your mouth if the shells are especially brittle!.

I would worry that if a small child were to do this it could cut thier stomach, but if an adult were to do it, its more likely the acid in their stomach will destroy the shells before they can do any lasting damage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Apart from the above sensible answers you would also need to have your apendix intact to enable the breaking down of the eggshell otherwise you will get a very sore ar+se when you next go for a dumpWww@FoodAQ@Com

No, not really!. Basically eggshells are Calcium!. The only threat to your health may come from any bacteria!. But provided you boil the egg first you should be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Roughage, of the painful kind!. No, as long as it is clean - ie it has been boiled, and you have chewed it into small bits, you should not come to any harm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No but the tought of eating something that's come out of a chicken's bottom doesn't appeal to me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually, they're high in calcium, but I don't think that's enough reason to eat them!. Ick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well it would be painful for your teeth and gums when chewing them!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

probably not a wise thing to doWww@FoodAQ@Com
