Question: Good recipe ideas for omelettes!?
healthy please!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Fry some onion (don't allow to brown)
Add some chopped bacon - remove the fat first
Add some mushrooms and fry until soft
Drain off any excess fat from the bacon
Add a touch of olive oil and heat up
Pour in the beaten eggs (and some chunks of cheese - optional) and sprinkle with black pepper
When the mixture begins to solidify around the edges, put the pan under the grill to cook the top
When the top looks cooked, put back on the hob just for a minute
Serve with a green salad or just on it's ownWww@FoodAQ@Com
