Question: Which is healthier!?!?
Ok so I had a blueberry poptart this morning when I got up, about 4 hours ago!. It's almost my breaktime at work , and i'm starving! Theres a small cafe downstairs from my job, and my choices are a small blueberry muffin or two fried eggs with maybe wheat toast, or just wheat toast!. Which would be healthiest for me!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd go for the eggs and toast (but just one egg)!. After a blueberry poptart for breakfast, i wouldn't think that a blueberry muffin for your lunch break is recommendable!. Besides, the eggs and toast are healthier and more nutricious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
