When partially defrosted - the skin has defrosted but the flesh still frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Skin after defrosting!. It is probably easier to do when fresh, before freezing, but obviously, that is not an option now!. Just get a good sharp knife and go to work, trying not to pierce the flesh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Defrost then pour boiling water over makes it easy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Easier to do fresh, & I think U mean a "brace", meaning 2,
