Calories in Breakfast Cereals?!


Question: Calories in Breakfast Cereals!?
I am trying to complete some training forms for my family daycare home!. I have one section on breakfast cereals and I was hoping someone here could help!. I need the info off the nutritinal info box on the sid of a box of cereal--one unsweetened and another from a box with added dried fruit and nuts!. I need--Serving Size, Servings per Container, and Calories per Serving!.
