Rightly said, too much of anything is always bad!. Though consuming in each meal but in small quantity is surely fine!. If ur worried about ur health, not doing regular workouts is the actual problem and not eating habbits :) eat healthy,, be healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I believe most foods in moderation are OK, Its only when we over indulge they become a problem to our system!.
Yes it is true that pickled foods have a certain amount of sodium [salt] content!.
In particular manufactured and processed pickles have a high sodium content, they also contain sugars, best to read the ingredient and nutrition labels on the different brands to get a more accurate idea!.of what is in them!.
Yes our bodies do need to have a little salt but to much is definitely harmful!.
also to much acid from the vinegar which creates the pickling effect can if consumed in large quantities cause the lining of the stomach to deteriorate, and possibly stomach ulcers!.

No it's not the vinegar is good for many things: arthritis pain relief,as a fungus remedy,headache pain,insect stings,leg cramps,vaginal yeast infections,and for warts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
