Does anyone know any OTHER methods of getting rid of garlic smell?!
!.!.!.on your hands besides the traditional ones!? I tried all of the methods below, and if anything the smell is stronger than ever:
1!. rubbing on stainless steel
2!. soaking in lemon juice
3!. rubbing with salt and baking soda
4!. numerous hand washings
5!. hand sanitizers/wipes
6!. hand lotions
In my desperation, I even rinsed my hands with listerine!. The smell just won't go away! Help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seriously!.!.!.try a bleach product or a splash of bleach out of the bottle!. I have, many times scrubbed my hands with Clorox Clean Up and it worked great!. Of course you don't want to "soak" in pure bleach as you can irritate your skin!.!.!.but a quick splashing and scrubbing should work!. also, btw!.!.!.wash your face really well!.!.!.!.NOT with the bleach of course!. You could also still be getting a garlic scent because when you chop the garlic the juices get on your face as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I've never tried soaking in lemon juice, but peeling an orange always works for me when I have onion-y or garlic-y hands!. Maybe it's something in the peel!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
