bag of salad mix (2!.50), a rotisserie chicken (6!.50), a loaf of bread (1!.50), a tomato or two (1!.00), a packet of instant potatoes (1!.29) and a box of rice mix (1!.79) couple bags of frozen vegetables (2!.00) 3 pkg!. ramen noodles (!.45)!. total: $17!.03!. Breakfast: toast, lunch ramen noodles!. Dinner the following: Day one: a leg quarter of the chicken with a potatoes, veggies and bread!.
Day two: A chicken breast sandwich with side salad!.
Day three: Chop up chicken, add to rice mix, veggies and salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy a roast and cook it, about $8!.00!. Cook it without veggies, just in crock pot!. Make a few meals out of it!.

Buy a potato, large one!. Quarter and cook it!. W/pot roast!.

A loaf of bread to make sandwiches!. Sliced cheese (any white cheese will do)

But a packet of gravy, bag of egg noodles and mix it all with pot roast to make a casserole!.

Go to the 99 cent store and stock up, some items are cheaper in the grocery, but you can get some good deals--Crackers, cheeses, luncheon meats, veggies, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eggs, bread, if you can find a cheap ham!.!. cook it!.!. lots of meals and sammies, onion, a few potatoes, milk and a few raman noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drink water from a faucet

koolaid and sugar are cheap if you want to flavor your water
