Is honey fattening?!
Answers:
yes,but if v take it with lemon it helps to lose weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Honey has calories, so it could be fattening if you use a lot of it!. also, honey is regurgitated from a bee, do you know that!?
If you're looking for something natural and low or no calorie, try a Stevia sweetener or Zsweet sweetener!. Both are natural, and NOT fattening!. I find that Stevia has a strong aftertaste, but some people like it!. also, there is xylitol sweeteners, but they might give you gas or cause a laxative effect!.

All food has a calorific value and the calories in honey is high because it is pure sugar!. However, because you wouldn't be eating very much at a time, then it would not have a massive calorific value!. It is like everything that is full of sugar, a little now and again will not cause any harm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
