Wendies doesn't freeze their meat?!
Ok so I'm trying this question again because some people jumped to conclusions without reading the question I guess!. I'm not doubting their claim nor Am I saying that they are straight up lying!. I'm just curious because you can only keep meat in the refrigerator for so long until it spoils!. Even if they got regular deliveries of meat there would have to be a slaughter house close to every Wendies in the world because when I used to work at Mcdonalds an order of frozen meat would take close to a week to get to the store!. So anyways!.!.!.Just been wondering ever since I saw the comercialWww@FoodAQ@Com

they come in cryo-vac bags all the air is removed and filled with other gases if they are not opened they can last 3 or 4 weeks in the walkin i have been a chef for 10 years this is how the meat in my restaurant comes in it makes it taste better because there is no ice crystals from the freezer it holds the meat together betterWww@FoodAQ@Com
In the food industry, meats, poultry and primal cuts of meat can be "refrigerated" down to a temperature of 26 degrees Fahrenheit and still be labeled as "fresh"!.!.!.!.!.True, it's below the "freezing" point, but that "freezing point" is based on WATER, NOT meat!.!.!.!.!.so, legally, they can use meat that is "super refrigerated" to the temperature of 26 F and still be considered "fresh"!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

In order for a company to call something "fresh" it can never be frozen!. The health department strictly enforces this, I personally dont know where or when Wendys gets there meats but i know the Wendys near my house has been shut down about 3 times due to people getting sick, so IMO i rather a company just not call it "fresh" an freeze it so no one gets sick!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I used to work for Wendys lots of years through college!. The meat is delivered fresh!. Back when I first started, it was bulk and the pattying was done it the store!. Now it comes pre pattied but still fresh!. They just deliver quite a few times a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think there would be no problem getting fresh meat from a supplier delivered!. That delivery is NOT coming from the slaughter house by the way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
