why don't you just make it yourself!. All you have to do is buy some pork with a lot of fat and roast it!.

When I was young that is how we use to make crackling's for to chew on and then we saved the fat for cooking!. It was used for biscuits,gravy,greens
but now I don't touch the stuff it is too high in fat for me!.

Go to a local independent butcher!. He will have some!. I often see it in ours!. I had it for the first time when I went home - and thought it would be awful, but it was really rather nice!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Do you have to purchase it online!.!.!.!? How about asking a relative/friend to pick some up from a butchers!? Other than that you just need to try all the supermarkets online!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
