Let me start off by saying I love cooking for two!. And always love to have a helping hand!. Seasoning the meat before is very important to me along with the Marinading process!. The flavor comes from all of the ingredients and can vary greatly!. But, the choices of herbs, seasonings and spices are limitless when you consider the possible combinations!. Depends upon how you're cooking--Grilling!?!? I don't salt before cooking because salt wants to extract juices!. Use only garlic/onion POWDERS, pepper, Italian seasoning, (cayenne pepper, if you like a little kick)!. Mix the seasonings add a little AuJus Base and rub into meat, into crevices, and your good to go!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definitely before!. The longer the seasoning can be on the meat the better!. Season it a couple of hours before cooking and put the meat and seasoning/marinade in a ziplock bag in the fridge to pull out when you are ready to start cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
