Chicken is healthier to eat than beef or pork(in terms of cholesterol etc),what about duck?!

Chicken can be healthier, but lean cuts of beef and pork can have even less cholesteral and fat than some portions of chicken!.
Duck is fatty as is goose etc but soooooo goooood!. There is nothing better than a big hunk of crispy duck skin!. The meat is also good too, but if you are not a fan of dark meat you probably won't care for duck or goose!.
Cooking duck is different than chicken!. You have to cook in a way so that the duck isn't soaking in it's own fat!. Usually elevated or the fat drained off all the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well it matters about what you do to the meat!. For instance chicken can be healthier than beef or pork, but it can be less healthier if you add on whole bunch of stuffing or eat it with other foods (mash potatoes, rich sauces, etc) Duck is actually quite good and can be healthy, but it matters how you cook it or what you add on!. It's best to not add on too much add ons like a creamy rich sauce, but it's ok to add on a thin sweet-and-sour sauce with chopped onions, mushrooms, and other healthy vegetables!. Remember, it's what you add on or eat that makes it healthier or not!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Duck is pretty fatty!. More fatty than chicken, etc!. But duck is DELICIOUS!. A duck is a waterfowl, so it needs the fat as a protection!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
