I hope it's not very nasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
They are all healthy!. The best ones are the ones that are the most dark in colour or the greener ones such as spinach, broccoli etc!. The least healthy that you should consume as little as you can are potatoes because they are high in carbohydrates!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most leafy, dark green vegetables are very nutritious!.

I don't know which is the "most", but I would caution against saying spinach!. The myth of its super high iron content was the resoult of a misplaced decimal point in 1870!. Though it is overall good for you, it contains high levels of an acid that prevents the absorption of iron and calcium!. It also has nitrates which can be harmful to the young and pregnant!. For some of these reasons, I've heard you shouldn't have it too often!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're considering an avocado a vegetable, then it is (but it's really a fruit - as is a tomato) !.!.!.!.!. The darker the vegetable, the more nutritious it is!.!.!.!. so that sounds like SPINACHWww@FoodAQ@Com

i believe all vegetables are healthty, in different ways, broccoli, high in calcium , all orange veggies, high in pottasium, and beta caroten, lots of vit c, so it's totally up to you, and what you choose and how you choose to eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Swiss Chard!. I read it in a recent "Most healthy vegetable" article!. Spinach, Tomatoes, and broccoli were high on the list as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
