Question: Can what you feed the carabao/cow influence the tast of the milk they produce!?

I buy fresh carabao's milk from a farmer and it has a creamy corn flavor!. I just found out that the farmer feeds the carabao the leaves of the corn plant!. Is there a connection there!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Very much so!. Dairy farmers are carefull abut the feed they give the animals!. It has been demonstrated taht just having a strong smelling item like onions or garlic near the cows can influence the flavor of the milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
