Question: I left a grocery bag in the hall for 3 hours--frozen fish thawed, patty saus!. turned dark; can I refeeze and!?
eat it if I cook thoroughly!?

No - once it has thawed you can not refreeze it!. The temperature in the hallway was way too hot and it was a prime location for bacteria growth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
