First of all, I have a bottle of lemon juice in my pantry and it is NOT made with artificial flavors!. You might have an imitation lemon extract that you're looking at - not the same thing!. Citric acid is used in alot of soaps, because the acid cuts through grease!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
