Sometimes when I'm really skint I buy a pack of noodles and that lasts two meals: lunch and dinner!. How, you may ask!?
Simply save the flavour sachet and have the broth for lunch then boil up the noodles later and add some soy or sweet chilli for falvour, anything you have hanging around!. It really helps when I'm hungry with no money!.

One idea for dinner can be pizza!. Make it yourself, it taste better and it will be healthier!. 3 cups of flour, 1 pkg dry active yeast (for bread),2 tsp sugar, 3 tbs olive oil, hot water!. Mix all together and spread the dough on a pizza pan!. Some tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and anything else your fantasy will suggest you (or you find in the fridge/pantry)!. Sliced bell peppers, mushroom, tomatoes, zucchini, olives, asparagus, sweet corn, tuna fish, blue cheese, ham!.!.!.don't forget oregano on top and fresh basil if you like it!.
