Answers:
Lean beef meat, horse meat, prosciutto crudo (Italian ham), spinach, bell peppers!. Remember that it is better if you eat these foods with some other that contain vitamin C!. For example squeeze some fresh lemon juice on your steak and spinach!. In a health store get some Spirulina algae tablets!. You'll feel great soon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kidney, steamed mussels, lean beef, lamb and pork, tinned sardines, fish (cod/snapper) - these are all easily absorbed by your bodies!. Other foods like oats, eggs, raisins and spinach are all sources of iron but are harder for your body to absorb!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
