Cool Whip is totally non-dairy, and loaded with chemicals!. Whipped cream is pure cream, with just whatever you add to it (i!.e!. sugar & vanilla)!. But, Cool Whip comes in non-fat, and sugar-free too, which is a good alternative for people with dietary restrictions (including lactose-intolerant)!.!.!.!.!. but it doesn't taste anywhere near as good as heavy whipped creamWww@FoodAQ@Com

THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING!.

I don't know the differnces in ingerdiants ( there must be something because the taste is much differnt)


Cool whip comes in a tub and seems to be thicker and creamier and whipped cream comes from a can and is thinner and fullfier!.
