2!.- The preservatives (and God know what else) they add to the peas water!.

High heat is necessary to preserve things when they're canned!. If you overcook ANY peas, they'll turn that nasty, olive green color, with the mushy consistency and tasteWww@FoodAQ@Com
well because they put preservatives in canned peas which are unhealthyWww@FoodAQ@Com
yeah all that crap they add 2 the canned food changes the appearance!Www@FoodAQ@Com
