Help with a type of meat, any butchers out there?!

Question: Help with a type of meat, any butchers out there!?
I have had some meat stored in my fridge for a couple of months!. A friend of mine's family owns cattle so I got a portion of the meat from that!.

Each package has different titles on it and neither my friend or her family (who had a butcher cut everything up) knows what this means!.

This one particular package says "Ends PC" on it!. We're all assuming that may mean Prime Cut!?

I know very little about the parts of a cow LOL So I'm unsure of what portion this is with it only labled Ends PC!. I want to cook it but obviously it matters what portion this is as to how I cook it!.

If there's any butchers or anyone else who might know what this stands for, I could really use the help!. Thaank you :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
PC usually refers to "primal cuts" which the "end cuts" could very well be pieces of meat that didn't make the "first cut" standards for say, an entire Sirloin (According to King Henry VIII, "beef so tender that it was Knighted [hence, Sir Loin!.!.!.!.!.!.!.interesting, eh!?!?]) So, they may be suitable for say, beef tips in gravy or something that would be braised as a cooking method!.!.!.!.!.!.You might want to go to the USDA website and see exactly what the primal cuts of a side of beef exactly are, it will give you a better idea as to what you're cooking!.!.!.!.!.An anatomical guide makes things a lot clearer!.!.!.!.!.Enjoy!!!

You said the meat has been in the fridge for a couple months!.!.!.I assume you mean freezer!. In either case you better use it quick!. If it is prime, being in the freezer for several months (unless its vacuum packed) probably will effect the quality!. As for the PC, it doesn't ring a bell (used to work in a meat dept!. of a grocery store!.) I'd try to broil or grill it, but one really can't tell w/o seeing it!. SorryWww@FoodAQ@Com
