Answers:
There is a real epidimic of what people think as "fatening"!! Fat or more accurately the fat in food does not make you fat directly!. It has a CALORIE value and has to be added to your total!. But your body breaks it down into energy the same as carbs, sugars, and all that!. THEN if you dont burn it it can be stored as HUMAN fat or flushed out!. Eating something with fat does not mean you will store it as your own!. Its as if they think they have chicken fat or beef fat around their bellies!! If you are trying to loose pounds, just BURN the excess!. Its crazy to say the meat has no fat!. It has alot less so its better for you because it brings you back into the balance of protien and total calorie intake and cholesterol!. (moderation)

Your brain needs fat to work!. Other systems in your body needs fat to work!. You will die without it!. Strict plant eaters are healthy because their bodies turn some of the sugars into essential fats for vital functions in more accurate amounts!.

Be healthy and happy and others will join you!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
