Stir in a tiny bit of olive oil!. Not only does it keep it from sticking together, it improves the taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Drain it then immediately rinse it with hot water!. Then mix it with the sauce you plan to serve with it!. Pasta shouldn't really be served with a dollop of sauce on top of it, but the sauce shoudl coat all of the pasta!. If you don't plan to serve it with sauce, then coat it with a little extra virgin olive oil and mix it through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
try rinsing it through clean water a few times before you cook it, and dont cook it for quite so long, its the starch in it that makes it stick, you can rinse alot of it away when you wash it first, good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
Wash the starch off it when it is cooked - put it in a colander and run under the cold water tap- then put it back into the saucepan and pour boiling water over it to heat it back upWww@FoodAQ@Com
