Why does cotton candy melt in your mouth?!
When I was sitting at a baseball game Saturday I started wondering why the cotton candy dissolves the second i put it in my mouth!. Why is this so!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its spun sugar!. Heated and "whipped" until its light and fluffy!. Its pretty much dissolved anyway which is why it "melts" right away!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
