Seafood Newburg!.!.!. served my way it's plump scallops, shrimp and chunks of lobster or crab in a rich cream sauce served over a puff pastry patty shell!.
Traditionally, it's served in a large flat scallop shell, dusted with Parmesan bread crumbs and the edge of the shell is piped with mashed potatoes!.!.!. then the whole thing is broiled until the crumbs and potatoes are a little browned and crispy!.
I loved the traditional way, but if I'm making myself, I do it the easy way with the patty shell!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love any fish in a foil pouch, grilled!. Place fish in foil and cover with Italian Dressing, add 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, 1/2'd green bell pepper, and 1/2'd onion!. Salt/Pepper to taste!. Seal pouch!. Place on grill and heat 7-10 minutes!. Open pouch and serve over cous cous or rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
