Macaroni and Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:
1 box (8 oz) macaroni--cooked and drained
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 pound (4 cups) sharp cheddar cheese--grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1/2 cup onion--chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup (2 oz) pimientos--chopped
Ritz Crackers, crushed
Directions:
Combine macaroni, butter and cheese in a large rectangular baking dish or a 13x9" pan!. In a bowl mix soup, milk, onion, mayo, and pimintos!. Pour over macaroni mixture!. Cover with crushed crackers!. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My all time favorite - Mac and Cheese!

1 1/2 cups macaroni- boil till done

Melt 2 tablespoons butter,mix in 2 Tablespoons flour,cook and then pour in 1 1/2 cups milk!.Use balloon whisk to make into a thick sauce!.

Take off heat and quickly add in 3/4 cup of grated cheese!.Mix till melted!.Now throw the following ingredients in:

1 tin creamed corn
salt - according to taste
freshly ground black pepper - according to taste

If you want something a little different (and DELICIOUS!), choose some or all of these optional ingredients to add in (but leaving it at that is fine too):

150 ml fresh cream- (I ALWAYS ADD THIS)
1 finely chopped green chili
1 cup cooked dice chicken
1 chopped tomato

Mix together gently and pour into a suitable dish!.Sprinkle some more cheese on top and bake in a moderate-high oven till the top is lightly golden!.

If you melt some butter in a pan, and then add a bit of raw flour!. Stir it till you get a thick consistency!. Then slowly add a bit of milk and stir at the same time!. Keep adding milk till you get a mixture about a half an inch or so up in the pan (but make sure NOT to let it bubble)!. Once you get that thick mixture, add a bunch of shredded cheese to the pan and stir till it's melted (keep adding cheese till you get desired flavor)!. Pour over noodles, and you have your very own homemade mac and cheese! Add ground beef, onions, cooked veggies, and you got a nice yummy meal!

Sorry I don't have exact measurements for you!. I just add stuff till it looks/tastes right!. You'll just have to experiment till you get it the way you like!. Just make sure when you add the in the cheese, that you DON'T let it boil at all!. You don't want the cheese to separate, or it'll end up like silly putty!.!.!.!.without the bounce!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I am not sure what you want!.!. but what I would do!.!. is shred a bunch of cheddar cheese!. Heat up some cream up mushroom condense soup and then add a bunch of cheese to it!.!. and melt it!. They soup will become a creamy cheese sauce!. Then I would mix peas and corn together!. I would makes a bunch of noodles!. Then I would put the noodles and the peas/corn in a cooking pan, then pour the soup/cheese over it!. Then sprinkle more cheddar cheese on top!
