Yes I eat whatever, whereever, however, etc!.!.!.!.I look at it like this! I can just eat organic, vegi's, yogurt, good crap and be very healthy and then!.!.!.!.!.!.BAM!.!.!.this car comes out of nowhere and I'm dead!. Now watching what I ate was just a waste of my time and effort, right!.

I eat what I want but of course I do consider what is healthy or not healthy before I choose to eat something,it's important to take care of your own body or you'll be vulnerable to diseases so unlike some people I don't just gobble up food with no rational consideration!.People think that 'dieting' would help them loose weight and they snack on celery sticks but remember at the end of the day,these people end up hungry and they'll eat 2x the amount of food they normally take in a day,so what's the point of dieting!? eat healthy,stay healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I do!. I eat like all the time!. I eat whatever, whenever, wherever!. I sit at lunch with a bunch of guys and they always make fun of me for it and call me fatty, but I know they're just messing with me because I'm not fat at all!. And the only reason I can deal with the "pressure" is because I know I'm not fat, or atleast to myself I'm not fat, and I play alot of tennis so I dont care what I eat!. Well 'whatever I want' is usually fairly healthy as it makes me feel better and since I've conditioned my body to tell me when I've had enough 'however much' is usually not that much!. Society at large is annoying!. None of anything is no good!. As far as diets go, it should be more about the type of food and the time of it!. Even dogs get their food weighed out for goodness sake!. Someday my metabolism will shut down and I'll have to pay more attention, but for now foods = good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Most of the time I do eat what I want and when I want!. However, I find that when I do this I start losing energy and start to fill lazy!. I am not fat but diabetes runs in my family!. I try not to eat alot of sugars or food with a high hypoglycemic value!. This is what the South Beach diet is based on and is very effective for mantaining the correct blood sugar content in your body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I really dont care what I eat or how much I eat of it!. I eat it when I want it and I eat the amount I want!. I deal with it by the fact that I am at a healthy weight!. Try to remember some of the people that carb count are possibly diabetics like my husband goes by carbs for his diabetes!. The diets could be for the same reason!. Remember there are many reasons to be on diets and count carbs other then trying to lose weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i have my moments!. but im really into this whole organic thing!. whole foods is my favorite!. i try to stay away from burger king and all that junk, and i drink alot of water and excersise!. i feel this will help my heath all around in the long run, you will be extremly unhealthy if you eat alot of junk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes I do!. I am lucky and have a matabolism that burns it!. I am 5'6 and weigh 115 and have weighed that for about 30 years!. I do not eat alot at one sitting but I "graze" all day!. I race stock cars, and I box!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
