Answers:
Frozen tastes much fresher!. Canned veggies are much more processed and are cooked for longer!. Some of them pick up nasty flavors!.

Canned peas taste entirely different from fresh or frozen!. Personally, I hate them!. Canned corn is not such a drastic difference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

fresh is good but when veg are frozen, they are typically frozen the same day they are picked!. Nutrients can dissipate into the air and deteriorate with time!. If your"fresh' veg came from far away, it wasn't picked today, and then it was probably at the store for a day, then you have it in your fridge till you eat it!. By then, its not so fresh anymore, just raw!. Canned is looked down upon now but nutrients are about the same!. It was and still can be a time honored method of preservation!. It was the only way back in the day, for folks who live in the northern states, to have veg in the middle of January and you can bet they tasted damn fine then!Www@FoodAQ@Com

One comes in a can, and the other comes in a freezer!? ;o)

Seriously - frozen taste more like fresh, more nutritious, better texture, less salt!.

Texture is the biggest diff - canned peas are like tough husks full of green mashed potato like substance!. Yuck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Frozen are better!. Canned goods have lots of sodium and pickling done to them which changes the flavor and makes them less nutritious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, canned typically suck for one!. You haven't noticed that canned peas are indistinguishable from little balls of Play Dough!? Frozen are much closer to fresh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

frozen are suppose to have more nutritional value!. Fresh first, then frozen then cannedWww@FoodAQ@Com
