Some are but the fats they contain are the good fats that we need to keep healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Some seeds are fattier than others!. For example, cashews are very fatty versus other seeds like flax which are indeed fatty but lower in saturated fat!.

All nuts are very calorie dense and thus if you're monitoring calories limit your consumption!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sometimes, yes!. Some of the seeds have the same fat content but sometimes,no!.!.!. you have to read the contents!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lentils & Sesame Seeds are good 4 you but I think Brazil Nuts etc are bad 4 you if you have 2 many!. Everything in little bits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No seeds are not too much fatty you can eat as much you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends which seeds!. I know that sunflower seeds that you get in some mixes are HIGH in fat!.
Check the labels on the packets!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that depends on the species, but we can say almost all of them are nutritiousWww@FoodAQ@Com
