Hate breakfast?!
Every day wehn i get up, especially on school mornings when it is very early, i get the feeling i cant be bothered eating breakfast, i dont want to eat breakfast but if i dont then ill be sluggish, tired and hard to concentrate in school!. I force myself to eat omething, but can you guys make any suggestions!? Its really annoying!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're able to eat during passing period/during class, bring a snack!.
Or, maybe it's what you're eating!?
I used to barely eat oatmeal every morning, but I was never compelled to eat because it just felt gross to eat!.
EDIT: Uh, if it helps, I actually cook a breakfast - sausage, eggs, toast bread, etc!.!.!.normally!. Or I make pancakes if I don't have time for all of that!.
If you can't do that in the morning, do it at night and all you have do is pop it in the microwave for a couple of seconds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could try the Carnation breakfast drink, they come in packages and have chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, and im not sure if they have any other kinds!. They dont make you full, but they fill you just enough!. I love them, they taste amazing too!
Another suggestion is buying an energy drink on the way to school!. I am addicted to them, they taste AMAZING and they make you hyper, and if you dont want to get hyper, they just make you concentrated!. Some are, Monster, Red Rain, Full Throttle, Red Rave, Sobe A-Rush, and there are a bunch more, i would start with a small one like red rain if you havent tried them before!. Have you tried Carnation Instant Breakfast!? I have the same problem with my son, he's too busy to eat in the morning so I mix him up a drink(adding a bit extra milk) and he's good to go!. You could also try a protein bar, high fiber bar or any granola bar that has some fiber content to it so that you will stay satisfied longer!. Make sure to drink something as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Get some string cheese!. It comes in individual packages, and you can take it with you and eat it whenever you want!. Or put some trail mix into little baggies, and snack on it during the morning!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
hi, when i was in 6th grade i would get sick to my stomach if i eat breakfast i used to try and eat a slice of cold pizza or some beef jerkey that would keep me going until lunch good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
Rather then eating a big meal in the morning, I opt for a protein shake with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter mixed in!. It usually tides me over until lunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I eat special K bars (protien meal bars or just snack ones) on the way to school when i dont feel like sitting down and having a bowl of cereal!. they are fast and easy!. not to mention really good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
