YES YOU CAN, do not however put packaging in the oven as it will mealt ----HENCE WHY IT SAYS ITS MICROWAVE ONLY!.!.!.!.BECAUSE OF THE CONTAINER!.!.!.!.lol oh dear some people were too quick answering than thinking about it!. Put it in an ovenproof dish, cover it with oven proof cling film or baking paper!. on gas mark six for around 45 mins !.
Please however make sure it is defrosted before you put it in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
yes you can, but some plastic packaging melts in the oven, I would transfer it to a oven dish and heat it on 180 degc for 25 minsWww@FoodAQ@Com
It's the container/tray that isn't oven proof, if you put the food in another dish you'll be fine to oven-cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
