Mother's Day Cake?!

Question: Mother's Day Cake!?
I have two questions!.

Mother's day is this sunday but I wanted to get a mother's day cake tomorrow night and hopefully we'll eat it on Thursday or maybe Friday!. Do you think that's too early!? I would get it on Saturday but then I can't get it that day and tomorrow night would be good!.

Secondly!.!.!.if we buy a cake at the bakery that's already on display!.!.!.and we put it in the fridge for 2 days!.!.!.is it still fine to eat!? It won't "expire" or ruin the taste will it!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Generally the cake will last and not get stale if you keep it in the fridge!. Remember, it'll last quite a long time before you manage to finish it!. Just get some ice cream and plop it on the side!. That makes any cake taste moist and tender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the ones on display are made fresh each day or they stock fresh ones out the back but it best be eaten asap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What about an ice cream cake!? that won't go bad and you can keep it in the freezer!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
