What are some Fish that are SAFE to Eat?!

Question: What are some Fish that are SAFE to Eat!?
I have heard that some fish that sell in the market may contain just a bit of toxins/chemicals in it that haven't been rid of yet!. Such as sharks, that feed on smaller fish who have probably been infected from chemical wastes or things from factories!. I've also heard that Mackeral isn't a good choice either!.

I only know that Starkist Tuna and Wild Salmon are the best choices!. Are there any other fish that are safe to eat!? And is it really that bad to eat the infected fish because if it were really that bad, then why would people sell it in the market!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Mercury is major toxin found in pretty much all seafood!. If your pregnant you should probably avoid all fish because mercury can cause birth defects!.!.!.but otherwise, if you keep it to 2-3 servings a week you are not going to accumulate enough toxin to do harm!.!.!.and you will be able to reap the health benefits of eating fish!.
!.!.!.But to answer your question--the bigger the fish the higher its potential toxicity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
