Do you think they should legalise the sale of pure organic raw cows milk?!

Question: Do you think they should legalise the sale of pure organic raw cows milk!?
I lived in QLD for awhile and was able to get access to fresh, unpasteurised organic Jersey cows milk and it was fantastic!.

My oldest daughter drank it too, as a two year old, loved it like no other!.

Raw milk is supposed to be better for you too as it has never ever been tampred with and any of you who can drink it or drank it will agree that hte taste is sublime!.

However it ipresently illegalk to sell it, so how many of you think it should be made legal to buy for those who really want it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
yes i think they should legalize the retail sale of raw milk from grass fed cows whose milk is tested for pathogens!. In Ohio you can get raw milk legally if you join a cow share program and pick the milk up on the farm!. the milk has to be tested regularly for various pathogens and it is a clean product!.

Despite what people think, pasteurized milk has been known to be less than clean and sicken people and the fact this milk comes from cows in a CAFO that are given drugs and hormones to keep them "healthy" and fed a diet not natural (grains, food waste products) to bovines should give people pause!.

I have been drinking raw milk for years from well raised grass fed cows with no problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No because there's too much health risk!. You've been lucky so far!.

No they shouldnt, too much bad stuff can happen; health wise!. I'm glad you are fine and your kiddos!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you are used to unpastureised milk you are fine, but a lot of people have never had raw milk and their bodies will not be used to it and whatever health risks they might get, but if you are used to it fine, and i believe that if they sell raw milk they will have to build new plants to package it and devise a way of handling it different to pasturized milk, they would have to put a whole new system in place for it and new distributers woul have to come up with new contracts with dairy farmers while already they have contracts in place for suppling certain amounts of milk to certain dairy distributersWww@FoodAQ@Com
