Try spraying cooking spray, a dab of olive oil or petrolium jelly on the runners!. I would say WD-40, but I',m pretty sure that's toxic haha!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try cleaning grooves and runners!. Dry thoroughly!.
Rub grooves and runners with a candle!. Works well on drawers too!.
I used to work for a refrigeration manufacturer we used to treat small scratches on fridges with Brasso metal polish!.
OR
SILICONE SPRAY from your hardware store!. Used by people to spray the plastic and tyres on their car!. also used by Plastic Moulders as a release agent when items fail to release from the mould!. Great for Garage doors too NEVER use Grease or oil!.
The main thing is whatever you you use should be something which will not leave a smell in the fridge which will penetrate the food and probably make it taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do they have wheels or is it just a plastic lip inside a plastic groove!?
I would remove the drawer, clean the groove and drawer!. Make sure there are not any broken pieces sticking out!. Then I would try Armor All on the parts that are supposed to glide against each other!. It makes plastics slick!Www@FoodAQ@Com
