What foods should you eat if you want a bigger butt?!

I'm not sure that there are specific foods out there that will only bulk up a certain area of your body!.
Only genetics will dictate where excess body mass (muscle or fat) will go!.
If you continue with squats,lunges and "butt lifts" (where you lay on the ground and lift your butt up using only your glutes) you will develop the muscle there and it will appear to be firmer and have more definition!.
If eat lean protein it helps build muscle mass too!. If you only eat carbs you might end up getting "oomph" where you don't want it :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

the problem with eating fatty and/or sugary foods is that you can't tell in advance where on your body they will pad! It's best to do exercises that target your glutes to develop the underlying muscles!. Lunges, squats and leg lifts will add a little more curviness!. Keep at it! Don't expect instant results - but if you work every day, you should start to see results in about a month!.
Just remember, if your bum is naturally very flat, you won't get a huge round Kim Kardashian bump, but you will at least improve what you do have :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you don't want to just splurge on greasy fatty junk food, or you'll get a giggly gross butt!. big hot!. shapeless not so much!. if i were you i would eat healthy and do lower body excersice to get a bulky muscular butt!. trust me my butt is big not so muscular not so pretty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Certain foods don't make you gain weight in specific ares of the body just like you can't lose weight in specific areas of your body!. You gain and lose ALL OVER!. The rest is genetics!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
