Why does butter taste better on things when it's melted?!


Question: Why does butter taste better on things when it's melted!?

when the fat in butter melts, it soaks into the food it is melting onto/ in to!. therefore it soaks up all the flavor of that food and enhances the food taste!. the same way salt brings out flavors in food!. !.!.!. yummy !!! potato's, pancakes, toast !.!.!.!. mmmmWww@FoodAQ@Com
