How do you avoid temptation for yummy food?!

I used to have no trouble not eating at night, and eating healthful!. (Except I used to eat chips or chocolate etc on fridays or saturdays :P) But now whenever i see junk food i just cant avoid it i always give in and ive gained 5 pounds already

well tel ur mom to stop and that its not healthy!. avoid being in the kitchen or around food!.!.!.!.i no it sounds weird but i smell food and just imagine eating it!.!.!.!.'cuz the taste is there for like 5 seconds and then gone but the fat stays for a way longer time!.!.!.so i just think its not worth it!.!.!.!.drink water when you get cravings or go for jogs!.!.!.!.umm go on the net and read how unhealthy it is to eat junk food and everytime u crave think how fat ull getWww@FoodAQ@Com
People are different!. I may give you advise that may or may not work for you, and it could work for someone else!. You could buy those little Weight Watchers desserts!. They vary in cakes and frostings!. Some are carrot cake and some are chocolate!. The good thing is that they're healthy, unless you eat a lot of them, which is not recommended!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
well buy lots of gum go for jogs every day and chew gum like all the time thats how i lost lots of my weight but i alsoi like to free-running jumping off bulidings and landing and being really athletic so 1!.) chew lots of gum!. 2!.) run every day and keep athletic so there you go good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ALWAYS have fruits in your house!. When you are craving something good to eat just grab a bowl of fruit or an apple or something!. Fruit is good and good for you and filling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
