Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast with "real" butter, biscuit with sausage gravy and hot, black Coffee!. You'll be so full you won't eat the rest of the Day!.

Well, I cant usually eat first thing in the morning, it has to be about 45mins before I actually go hungry, its usually when I arrive in the bus station near shops that sell food thats rather delicious!.

I'm not a breakfast fan and usually don't eat it!. With that said, if I DO, It's a simple meal, Usually a piece of fruit to at most Grape nuts!. The only exception is on vacation where we make it an event and go out for eggs, scrapple, toast and home fries-- a very rare thing which I usually regret the rest of the day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Trim Advantage meal replacement bar and an XS energy drink!. Lots of essential vitamins and minerals, and many different flavors (both the food bars and the drinks)!. Average cost is $3!.75 total, less than a frappuccino at Starbucks!.!.!.and that only has a lot of calories and sugar!.
Don't like energy drinks!? How about water!.!.!.Perfect Water!
It'll improve your balance, strength, and flexibility!.!.!.
