Answers:
it starts to have a non-ham smell and it get a slime on it!.
Sometimes it has a greenish-silver color on it too, but the thick, slimy feel is the true indicator!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Two or three days after perchace,i would have thought!.
But a sure way to be sure is once maggots start falling
out of ya fridge, then its time to bin it(the ham) not the fridge!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When in doubt, throw it out!

Deli meats are usually good for 2-3 days if they were stored properly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
