Frozen Corn Past Expiration?!

Question: Frozen Corn Past Expiration!?
Tonight for dinner I made frozen corn that had frozen butter chunks!. I realized after we ate it that the corn was expired!. The date was November 2, 07!. Is there much risk to getting sick!? I can't find anything online about frozen corn!. I would be really worried if it were expired canned corn but for some reason I feel better that it was frozen!. Does anyone know what the chances are that me and my mother will become ill!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I don't thnk it'll make any difference in frozen veggies!. That's usually a SELL by date; not a USE by date anyways!.!.!.!.!.You might need to add a teensy bit of sugar and let it cook a bit longer though, if it's dried up a littleWww@FoodAQ@Com

You don't have to worry about the expiration on the frozen corn because of the fact that you had the corn frozen until
you used it!. If you left it out of the freezer for a few days
than I would think that your mother and you might get sick!.
But as long as it was frozen than I think your chances are
about nil to getting sick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
