Question: Woke up middle of the night dehydrated what do I do!?
Ok I just woke up (4am) incredibly dehydrated (room is unusably warm even though the radiator is off and the window is open) I have nothing to drink and the tap water isn't too healthy here in the city!.!.what should I do!?

By bottled water so you know its clean! try to drink more before you go to bed! and after, obviously go to the bathroom so u don't pee in the night =-] but keep a water bottle on your nightstand!. Unfortunately, its that season, yeesss, the allergy season has come!.
In a few weeks, people start to adapt to the climate changes!.
Another thing you can try is a mouthwash!. If you have cottonmouth or are dehydrated Oasis mouthwash works great after a few times!

If you can boil the water out of the sink, that will get rid of any germs or particles, and then let it cool down!.
Or if you can go out to someplace that is open 24 hours and see if you can buy something!

This guy is making a mountain out of a molehill!. Doesn't say where he is in the world!.
If he IS in a city (As he says) then the authorities there are slack if the water isn't drinkable or the guy is a turkey and just trying it on after a hard nights drinkingWww@FoodAQ@Com

You need to buy a pack of bottled waters ,and put them in the fridge so when you feel dehydrated you need to drink one!. Make sure you buy some somewhere out the city you live in and get packs of bottled waters so you don't have to keep getting them!. Good Luck!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

drink more water during the day, get a small fan or turn in the AC if u have one and keep a bottle of water next to your bed!.
Boil the tap water and then get a water purifer to strain the water again that will help with the color!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have ice on your freezer, get some on a tea towel and crush it, then put a few chips on your mouth and let them melt in your mouth!.

Well, for the minute, you just have to drink whatever water you've got on hand!. For the future, put a humidifier in your room, and your mouth won't dry out overnight, since the air you breather will be moist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil some tap water, let it cool and then drink it!.

You can cool the boiled water quickly by filling the sink with cold water from the tap and dunking the hot saucepan or kettle into it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
