It really does help, you'll need to start scoffing marmite a couple of weeks before visiting mozzieland!. I read about this in the Sunday Times and have tried this on a friend who always has severe reactions to mozzie bites which have previously resulted in many visits to doctors and pharmacies!. She still get bitten, though less often and the reaction is now 'normal'!. I'd suggest you combine this with the other usual precautions, such as covering up, citronella mozzoff spray, etc etc!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I read this somewhere several years ago and personal experience bears it out!. My husband is a Marmite addict and never gets bitten, whereas I only eat it occasionally and am a target for mossies as soon as I get off the plane!.
If you like Marmite, I'd go for it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
