What meal would you suggest for someone who's not that hungry but needs to eat something? Any ideas?!

Not hungry and yet have to eat!? Sounds like me before a sports event! I usually sip on a bowl of soup or make tv dinners!. Those are never very filling and yet put food in your stomach!. lol Or you could try a salad, any type of pasta and sauce creation, or nachos!. Hope this helps! = )Www@FoodAQ@Com
something light and filling - lots of protein etc like a turkey sandwich!. make sure you really indulge in every bite bc the slower you eat the more full you will feel!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
