It's a good list for starters!. Be careful of the type of nuts you eat (walnuts, brazil and almonds are good nuts)!. You need to ensure your immune system is catered for!. Kiwi fruit is great, and your digestive system as well!. The best for this is Prune juice, wholemeal bread and pasta, All Bran, and yoghurts containing acidophilis!. Eat fresh fruit/veg whenever possible!. Any green and purple food are best, and make sure you include an Omega 3 rich food like Tuna, Salmon, Cod or Eggs!. You can have bad items as occasional treats and in moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

some other things that are very healthy are
vinegar with spinach because they are both very healthy, cinnnamon is good for you, and if you like cottage cheese with fruits such as peaches or pairs I think it's amazing!. also finsh is very healthy with it's omega 3!. Eggs are also very healthy as well, along with my other favorite!.!. fresh motzerealla cheese with tomatoes in balsamic vinagerette dressing which has vinegar in it!. It's soo good, and good for you! Lean protein should be on the YES list!.
You can add yogurt and low fat cheese to it as well!.
Cut out the granola from the yes list!.!.!.it is full of sugar!. Add in oatmeal instead!.!.!.!.not the instant kind!.
On the once in a while list, you can add brown rice and whole grain crackers
Instead of whole wheat bread, it should be whole GRAIN bread!.!.!.there is a difference!.

Actually!.!. crackers are good for you, just not too many of them!. You can get unsalted crackers which are better for you in general!.

My mom did this thing for church, Fasting, and she could only eat like veggies, fruits, nut's, and drink water (oh and popcorn)!. She actully lost about10 pounds in two weeks!!
