caffeine does stimulate the brain and reduces the feeling of drowsiness
increases heart rate!.
It's good socially!. Good to go out on a date and get coffee instead of dinner!. You can ditch him or her early if it doesn't work out!.

The more well known benefits are that it's a stimulant - which explains why people who need to "wake up" drink it, as well as a diuretic - makes you go to the bathroom to do "your business"!.
The Nescafe in Manila (where I am) is touting it as a good source of "antioxidants" - those precious ingredients found in organic things like tomatoes and oranges, that supposedly regenerate body cells, and fights off diseases!. I'm not sure if it applies to manufactured, processed coffee - since that's what Nescafe offers - but leave it to marketers to put a positive spin on everything!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Since the caffine in Coffee is a known stimulant, I suppose alot of people would find it beneficial as a "pick me up" to start their day with!. But personally, I get the SAME benefit out of drinking a glass of chocolate milk every day (as I'm NOT a coffee drinker)!. So I'm really not so SURE that coffee drinkers are ANY better off- one way or the other! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

no benefits!. I get cramp from coffee!. Uh!. EVERY time i have a mocha frappuccino from star bucks I am like ill :(
