Drink them if you want, but don't get loaded or wasted on them, and don't have one every day!. If you have them so much, you'll become dependent on the ingredients and after a short time, you won't feel anything when you have another one!. You've got to take breaks from energy drinks often to get the ingredients in them, such as Caffeine, Guarana, Taurine, Ginseng, Inositol, Glucuronolactone, L-Carnitine, and other things out of your system so you can feel the effects later!.
And don't listen to people who tell you they are all bad!. Just abide by the limits on the side of the can telling you not to have more than 2 or 3 a day and try not to have too many!.

Depending upon your current health condition and eating daily eating habits!. If your good about eating healthy food such as lean meats, fruits, veggies, water, etc, then no problem!. Sobe golds are all around good, the Rock Star and high caffeine's drinks are good as long as its on an occasional basis!. Look at the nutritional content on drinks to check out the fat content and saturated fat, protein, vitamins, and preservatives!.
