Start off small!. Rather than eating a whole healthy meal, start with a tiny slice of apple!. Then the next day, start building up until you can eat a whole one!. Take your time; think long term, would you rather be overweight, or spend an hour of your life trying to eat an apple!? Then go onto different healthy foods, especially vegetables, while at the same time ensuring you get your required calorie, fat, salt, sugar etc daily intakes!. Carry on eating like this, until you think you can try another healthy meal!. Don't rush this whole process, though; the longer it takes, the better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
